Before you contact our customer help team about any deliveries please read the following information carefully

• Royal Mail Mainland UK Orders usually take 1-5 days to arrive depending on the chosen service. If your parcel was sent by Royal Mail and hasn't arrived yet, please allow up to 15 days before contacting us. Please wait up to 20 days if you are enquiring about an international delivery.
• We are unable to provide exact delivery dates on any orders (apart from Guaranteed Next Working Day and Guaranteed Saturday deliveries)
• All orders placed Mon-Fri before 3pm are despatched on the same day apart from very busy times like Christmas and Valentines Day where there could be a short delay due to very large order volumes.
• Guaranteed Next Working Day Deliveries are generally not delivered on Saturdays
• All deliveries require a signature on delivery
